Cancellation

Orders are processed with speed and efficiency as a priority, which means they begin moving through the system almost immediately after being placed. Once submitted, each order is automatically sent to the fulfillment center, where it enters preparation and shipping without delay. Because this workflow starts right away, changes cannot be made after checkout is completed. This includes adjustments such as adding or removing items, changing sizes or quantities, updating payment information, modifying billing or shipping details, or canceling the order. For this reason, it is important to carefully review all information before finalizing a purchase.

Customers are encouraged to confirm product selections, sizing, quantities, payment details, and shipping information prior to submitting an order. Taking a moment to verify accuracy helps avoid issues that cannot be corrected later and ensures the fulfillment process continues smoothly without interruptions.

To maintain a fair shopping environment for all customers, purchase limits may be applied to certain products. These limits are intended to provide equal access to both exclusive and standard items. Measures are in place to monitor activity and prevent the use of automated tools, bots, or other unfair purchasing methods that could impact availability.

Quantity restrictions may apply per order, per individual, or per household. In some cases, orders may also be evaluated based on shared details such as billing address, shipping address, email address, or payment method. These safeguards help distribute inventory more evenly and prevent misuse of the system.

Orders that exceed set limits or show signs of automated purchasing behavior may be canceled, even after submission. If this occurs, a temporary charge may still appear on the payment account. This authorization is typically reversed within three to seven business days, depending on the policies of the financial provider.

Attempts to bypass restrictions, such as using multiple accounts, altering shipping details to appear as separate customers, or placing repeated duplicate orders, may result in cancellations of all related transactions. Continued misuse may also lead to restrictions on future purchases.

Bulk orders are subject to additional conditions. Purchases intended for resale, or those including more than six units of the same item, may be reviewed and adjusted as necessary. Such orders may not qualify for standard promotions or discount codes, and additional shipping fees could apply due to handling requirements.

These guidelines are designed to support a balanced and reliable ordering experience. Following them helps ensure that products remain accessible while allowing orders to be processed efficiently for all customers.
